The buyer agrees to provide a clean safe environment, regular immunizations, heartworm preventative, and a good diet for this dog

The buyer agrees this dog will always receive prompt, good medical care.

The buyer agrees this dog will never be given, sold, or leased to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory, or similar facility.

The breeder guarantees this dog is presently in good health and is currently up to date on his/her vaccinations/worming. Breeder will provide buyer with medical chart detailing treatment it has received.

Buyer agrees to have dog examined by a licensed Veterinarian of his/her choice within 72 hours of receipt at buyers expense. If the dog is found to have any life threatening diseases or disabilities including  dermoid sinus breeder will provide buyer with a replacement puppy of equal value as soon as such a puppy is available to seller. Puppy will not be replaced until it has been returned to breeder. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If buyer refuses replacement puppy and decides to raise puppy, Buyer will be treating puppy at buyer’s expense. 

Breeder guarantees this dog to be free of hip dysplasia until the dog is 1 year of age, or until the dog has been bred. In the event that one of our puppies is found to have hip dysplasia (moderate or extreme) in which the disease is crippling and properly diagnosed. Breeder will provide buyer with a replacement puppy of equal value as soon as such a puppy is available to breeder. Puppy will not be replaced until it has been returned to breeder, and the X-ray and the OFA letter of diagnosis have been returned to the breeder. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If buyer refuses replacement puppy and decides to raise puppy, Buyer will be treating puppy at buyer’s expense.

Buyers signature indicates that he/she has reviewed and discussed this contract with breeder prior to receiving said dog and is in full agreement and approval of the above terms and conditions.
